Valeriy Goloborodko was born and raised in Ukraine. In 2014 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine appointed Valeriy the Honorary Consul of Ukraine for Washington and Oregon states. Valeriy founded Goel Payment Solutions, a company that provides a full spectrum of electronic payment transferring services, and has functioned as its president and CEO since 2009. He also started the Ukrainian Business Association, which has merged with the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce for which he serves as a board member. Valeriy holds a Master’s degree from Shevchenko University in Law and a Management Information Systems Bachelor’s degree from International Christian University. He is president of the Pacific Ukrainian Society and a long-time advocate for a cross-cultural center in the Bellevue area
