Transitioning from the corporate sector, Judy has been serving non-profits in the areas of fund development, marketing, board development, and strategic planning for over twenty-five years. For the past fifteen years she has served as a consultant, guiding dozens of non-profits throughout Silicon Valley, CA; Annapolis, MD; and Bellevue, WA to achieve their strategic, capital campaign, and annual funding goals.

Prior to consulting, Judy served in senior leadership roles with United Way Santa Clara County, CA as well as Silicon Valley Public Television, where she led that funding team to a national PBS award. She was a co-founder of Women Leading Change, a non-profit dedicated to assisting single mothers and their families out of poverty, and was a recipient of the Silicon Valley Non-Profit Woman of the Year in Business and Industry.

Judy lives on the Eastside with her family, enjoying and exploring the dynamic nature and arts/culture of the Pacific NW. She is proud to be one of the founders of EastHUB
